The reservation name must be the same as the name of the hotel reservation. if not, the luggage may not be delivered properly. And if luggage is not delivered, we take no responsibility in regards to that.
Guests arriving after 1:00 p.m. will be charged an additional fee per piece of luggage as an overtime fee.
The operation hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Luggage cannot be accepted afterwards. (If you are likely to be after 4:00 p.m. due to immigration or any other reasons after arrival, please contact us via the e-mail sent at the time of reservation or the inquiry form).
Delivery areas are the 23 wards of Tokyo, Yokohama City/Kawasaki City in Kanagawa Prefecture, and Urayasu City in Chiba Prefecture. Delivery to other areas is not available.
